Every Teacher the Same

My current principal wants to see all teachers in a grade level doing the same thing at the same time when she makes her morning rounds. I know we should work as a team but we all have our different teaching styles and different student make-up. I don't get it. If it is Balanced Literacy time we will all be on a certain component but may not be exactly the same. We can't use worksheets, textbooks etc. When we asked what we should do she more or less indicated that it was not her problem. I am going to transfer. I will be out of that school after 8 years. She is autocratic and a bully. This is a blog about my frustration for the rest of the year.

Literacy centers, math centers, guided reading groups, reading assessments, balanced math, using library as research for students, technology embedded, blah,blah what to do?
